"Other than being reliable and detailed in her work, Rose has been a joy to work with. She made my property buying process fun, as if you were just hanging out with a friend. However, she was always still very professional at all times. If I had questions about the property itself, the purchasing stage or the closing stage, Rose had an answer, if she didn't know, she would find out for me in a timely manner. Even after the closing and I was settled in my property, if an issue regarding anything about my property, such as who do I call if I need this repaired, is this the Association's responsibility or mine, etc.,she'd have an answer right away, or she'll find out for me. Rose was very good at finding properties that I could afford. Even finding properties that were below my range, but still great properties. She was always very informative with all my questions. She went out of her way to find out for me whether or not the condo association allowed pets. Going through the entire process of buying a property with Rose, was like hanging out with a friend.
